The Backpack Health app will no longer be accessible as of Sept 19, 2025. This includes the web application as well as the iOS and Android mobile apps.

We strongly encourage you to save a copy of your health information before . Once the app is no longer available, you won’t be able to retrieve your data.

  • How do I get a copy of my Backpack Health data?

    You can export out data you've stored in Backpack Health. You can repeat these steps for each of your Backpacks.

    Export Your Data

    You can export your health info, notes, contacts, and files by following these steps:
    • Open the Backpack you want to export
    • Go to Profile in the main menu
    • Select Export Backpack

    This will create a ZIP file containing your data. Important: Share Cards (including Emergency Share Cards) and any pending records from connected patient portals will not be included in the export.


    Save Your Share Cards

    If you're sharing information via Share Cards, please note that they will also no longer be available to you or others after Sept 19, 2025. You can save each one by downloading it as a PDF.


    Add Pending Health Records

    Any health records you requested from patient portals that weren't yet added to Backpack won't be included in your export. To make sure newly received records are saved, add them to the appropriate Backpack profile, then re-export the Backpack.

  • What will happen to my information and my account?

    On Sept 19, 2025, the application will be shut down and you will no longer be able to use Backpack Health. All personal data stored in the Backpack Health app will be permanently deleted. Please note that it may take up to two additional weeks to remove data from backup systems. Some non-personal usage data (such as browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages) may be retained longer by third-party analytics services.   • How can I reach Backpack Health/Invicro?

    If you have questions or need support, please reach out to us at [email protected]. After Sept 19, 2025, our ability to help you access your health information will be very limited or no longer possible.

  • How do I delete my account?

    You can delete your account by going to your Account Settings — more detailed instructions can be found here.
